Yay! 1 more week and I'm halfway through the course!!
I've learned a lot of stuff there..
From theories and practicals to people management..
The theories are sometimes too much for my small brain to handle..
The practicals are sometimes too much for my weak body to pull through..
But managing people is the trickiest part of all..
Some things I've learned:
1) Be humble. Don't act like you know when you don't really know.
2) Respect yourself and others. You've got to give some respect before expecting to be respected.
3) Attitude (good or bad) has a great impact on your reputation.
4) Some events change others' perception of you and it could have an irreversible effect on your track record.
Anyway, I'm going to Sabah for my outward bound trip next Sunday.
I'm lucky with the grouping for now, hope it won't be too bad when everyone's true colors have shown.
