How weird to be eating almost the same thing for two consecutive days!
I ate stingray and kailan and drank sugar cane on both days!
Though at different places and with different group of people.. but still..
Anyway, I think that it's the way they cook the kailan, it made me like my vegetables a little more..
But I still feel slightly constipated.. (Oops!)
Wah.. I spent so much on my dinner for two day straight already..
I must think of ways to curb my spendings.. especially on meals..
There's a Rag BBQ later in the evening..
I can see the hole in my pocket is getting bigger by the day..
But still, nothing is going to stop me from having my retail therapy!
Going to a warehouse sale for retail therapy is money well spent!
Wahaha.. never go on one for so long..
And I get to meet my Dear Stella whom I have not meet up with in ages..
Hope we can get the best deals later in the afternoon.. =)

Staying on the kitchen level for the past 9 months, I have not encountered a single cockroach until today! What luck!
I was on msn, when I thought I saw a shadow at the corner of my table.
Thinking that maybe it was the shadow of my window blinds, I continued my chat on the msn.
But then.. it was only after the thing scurried to the door when I finally noticed it.
It was a big one! (Fortunately it didn't fly)
I tried to catch it under my magic clean mop.
But it was too fast and I lost sight of it.
A bit frightened, I stepped out of the room to have a safe and better view of the floor under the bed.
And Sabrina happened to be there and we looked for the cockroach together.
Jung Seong happened to call her at that time, so she asked him to come and catch the cockroach.
Both of us girls made quite a bit of noise on the corridor while Jung Seong is trying to catch the cockroach.
Sabrina commented that we both sounded like bimbos.. Lol..
We were so frighten that it will run out of the room that we stood almost 2 meters away from the door..
Anyway, Jung Seong managed to catch it and he threw it into the rubbish bin outside.
And from then on, I became paranoid about the shadows that I see in the room..
I almost mistook the strands of hair stuck under the door as the antenna..
Or was it another cockroach?!
OMG! I don't know if I can sleep well or not.. I have a meeting tomorrow morning at 10am..

My great-grandmother passed away last Sunday and I went to her funeral on Wednesday. She was cremated on Thursday afternoon. She was 89.
Since young, I have only seen her once a year during CNY until a few years ago when she became sick. After she became sick (I think senile), my great-aunt sent her to a home. I was never close with my great-grandmother. I think it was because she never tried to be close with us in the first place. My grandmother is her first child but from the first husband, while the rest of the children are from the second. My step-great-grandfather died a few years ago. Till the day he died, he never acknowledge us as family. But we still attended his funeral and did all the rites, my grandmother even cried for him. During the rites, you can hear the relatives and friends mumbling about how fortunate my step-great-grandfather was to have great-grandchildren. But then again, he did not acknowledge us, so too bad! The same thing happened during my great-grandmother's funeral, somebody commented once again that she was lucky to have so many great-grandchildren (12 in total, mind you!). Actually, most of my mother's cousins are either not married yet or are still studying. I have an aunt that is 3 years younger than me and some other around my age! But I consider them distant, so no big deal.
It is obvious during a funeral who has a higher status. During the rites, everyone have to stand/queue according to their rank in the family. Generally it's by age and gender. This is as far as I can figure out during the funeral:
1) The eldest son followed by other sons (in my case, there is only one)
2) The daughter-in-laws
3) The daughters
4) The son-in-laws
5) The eldest grandson (son's son)
6) Other grandsons (son's sons before daughter's sons)
7) Granddaughter-in-laws (similar as above)
8) Granddaughters (similar as above)
9) Grandson-in-laws
10) Of course the great-grandson stands in front, paternal before maternal
11) Then it's the great-granddaughters, paternal before maternal
*Note: According to the ranking, among the 12 great-grandchildren, I am ranked 4th from the back even though I am the oldest among them all.
OMG.. I crapped so much about the funeral.. Can't believe it..

I am going crazy with all this lazing around..
Sigh.. It's just one of the ironical situations in life..

It's Organic Chemistry paper later.
I have not familiarized myself with the mechanisms yet..
I hope I don't die at the paper.
I have a feeling that I will do badly at it.
Seriously.. I only scored 18/50 for the CA..
Most people have between 20-40..
I am so dead..
Even though 18 meant that I scored better for my 2nd CA than the 1st one, but it doesn't make any much difference to the final grade.. It still showed that I failed my CA..
Sigh..
I have been really sleeping a lot these days.. And it is really mean A LOT..
My eyes feel droopy when I start to read my notes..
When I'm feeling tired, nothing goes into my head..
I should revise my study methods next semester..
Maybe I should start with tuning my body clock first..
But I seriously hope that Rag will not screw it up too much first..
Maybe I'll drink tea before I go for my paper later..
Better not fall asleep during the paper..
I sort of have given up hope on my modules this semester..
But still, I should try to pass and get at least an average B- or B..
*Praying very hard*
