There is a certain limit of shit that I can tolerate..
If you don't apply what you learn, don't even start teaching others about what you learned..
You are just making a fool out of yourself..
Respect others before even asking for respect from them..
Your words have no power if your credibility is zero..
Simple things like "please" and "thank you" make a big difference..
Especially when you are trying to communicate with somebody and trying to get them to do what you want them to do..
Maybe I know nothing about communication, but I know that simple good manners are a must have..
Don't talk about ranks or statuses in a place where everyone's equal..
I don't care about what's the rule outside, but simply please note that Singapore is meritocratic..
In schools, everybody would be taught the same way, who cares if you are some minister's kid or whatever..
You may have bodyguards around you, but everyone has the same title here "student"..
Don't think that you are the only one going through hell because we all are..
And the funny fact is that we all signed up for it voluntarily..
So even if you think you are the only one suffering, please do not make hell worse for the rest of us..
Evaluate yourself before you try to evaluate others..
Do to others what you want them to do to you..
Be kind to them and you will be treated kindly..
Be rude to them and you cannot complain no matter what happens after that..
Good begets good, evil begets evil..
PLEASE get the simple stuff right!! Stop your disillusion and self-denial!!
